The price indicated on the product sheet at the time of the order corresponds to the invoice price including all taxes. An invoice will be sent to you with the shipment of the product.

Orders paid by check will be taken into account upon receipt of the check. The check will be cashed on the day of shipment of your package.
It is also possible to pay in three cheques without charge. The three identical checks for the total value of the order will be cashed upon receipt, 30 days later and 60 days later.
Payment by Bank Transfer Our bank details are included in the order confirmation email. Your order will be registered and validated upon receipt of payment.

ARTICLE 5 : CONTROL OF THE PACKAGES AT THE RECEPTION
Upon receipt of your package, it is imperative to check the general condition of the package.

Toute anomalie constatée après signature du bordereau ne pourra faire l’objet d’aucune réclamation vis-à-vis du transporteur ou du magasin X-PaddleBoards
ARTICLE 6 : RETRACTION / RETURN POLICY

After this period of 14 days, we reserve the right to take back one or more items on a commercial basis at the same or lower price than the original purchase price.
This takeover will be done in the form of a commercial credit note with a validity of 6 months.
ARTICLE 8 : WARRANTY
The products we sell are manufactured by major brands for their seriousness and their quality of manufacture.
As such, the customer benefits from a manufacturer's warranty that covers the legal warranty against all hidden defects.

Les retours des marchandises défectueuses se feront aux frais, risques et périls du client. Toute dégradation du matériel conséquente à un emballage insuffisant ne saurait engager la responsabilité de X-PaddleBoards.com. Il est fortement conseillé de bien emballer le produit défectueux.
Products returned with postage due will be systematically refused.
